Bud tender

Bud-tenders personally connect with, laugh with and uplift the lives of our customers – even if just for a few moments. Their work goes beyond hand weighing a flower; it’s about creating a human connection with every customer

Key Bud-tender

Key Bud-tenders are the operational experts that keep each store running like clockwork. By managing a shift, running a team and making store operations decisions, they develop leadership skills for the future. They role model and coach the delivery of high-quality service while making sure to maximize the positive customer experience.

Assistant Store Manger

Assistant Store Managers are developing their retail management skills through an 6-12 month hands on training program allowing them to build on their management experience, coaching skills and business acumen. They are learning how to take on the role of running a business, leading great teams, and running a successful, safe operation.

Store Manager

Store Managers make it all happen.  They connect with staff and customers alike, fostering a sense of purpose within TRU Cannabis. They believe we can all become a part of something bigger and inspire positive change in the community and world around us. They run and grow their store operations, lead great teams, and further the growth of the entire organization.

Office Administrator/Operations

Operations Administrators work behind the scenes insuring operations run smoothly and all projects are completed quickly, and correctly.  This is truly a position for those with high levels of accountability and execution capabilities.  Duties range from basic administrative work (scheduling, errands, filing) to compliance (license renewals) to marketing (social, print) and beyond. Whether you have experience in cannabis or not, in this role you will learn, you will teach, and you will be exposed to all facets of the business.
